High five, a sign in the sky
Check if he’s dead of just whispering cuz’ that canary can sing
Of the miracle of life ending with the female breed
And the tight knot of privilege is championing
I didn’t drop out of school to shave masculine machines
How have you been trusting men
Cuz’ if he doesn’t work he won’t eat, and he won’t sleep
And if he doesn’t sleep he won’t dream
You’re not free, you’re as obsolete as me
Hell is real, hell is real and it’s now
All the boys outside will raise their hands
It’s real, my hell
My hell is real (it’s not)
Because -- all the boys outside will raise their hands
This album fucks as hard as dripping and magic but imo feels the most personal and emotional release of the three. It’s weird and frantic but hits
this really interesting balance.

Perfectly encapsulates the teenage experience. Finding this album while still young and in high school was the best decision I've made in quite awhile. charlesjr
